Very poor customer service cant get your order right the have attitudes with u when ordering ur stuff or the forget what u ordered just poor customer service some of the people that work there need to be evaluated the work another child was lost and i took her upto to a worker to get help she told me she was fine she wasnt lost shes fine are u kidding me come on six flags u need to have a serious talk with ur workers i come there every year every weekend and somw of ur workers suck and have bad attitudes

First, when writing complaints, you might want to dust off a fourth grade education and use pubctuation. The wall of indecipherable text makes it impossible to take your complaint seriously.

That said, it sounds like your food order got mixed up.

That is certainly no fun. However, it's a theme park, not a five star restaurant. It's primarily staffed by teenagers.

Lost children are no joke.

However, presenting a calm, "don't worry" attitude is better for the child than creating a panic state in which the child becomes too scared to speak.

Your insinuation that the employee didn't react appropriately is a reflection on your insecurity.
