I have been told since July 10 that I would be refunded my money for a payment and I'm still waiting which is not right that your employees keep telling me that I will get in in 10 days and I'm still waiting but you seem to keep taking out for my upgraded pass

Six Flags - Complaint

I was discriminated at Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. I had several bad experiences this day. The thing about is I had not visited the park in over 10 years. I was super excited to be going back and it was a very bad experience.

My son lost is phone on a ride. We gave the guest relations the exact location of the phone via gps. It’s been over a week and they don’t care. They don’t even go look. They want your money but don’t care about anything else
