I've been paying on my bill for months now try to get ahold of somebody only thing you do is get an automated system I work two jobs and I'm just now getting to the point where I can call you guys and sit down and go over my membership but to no avail for $31 a month I can't get nobody to call me back or talk to me

Was told I could not only not get a new cup but it isn't Six Flags Policy to do so...regardless if you're a paying member, if it was an accident(which could happen anywhere...it is always slippery while waiting in line for a ride..with no caution it is wet sign up)....

Poor entrance ! Over an hour to enter the park due to computers being down.37 mins to get food $27.00 for refillable cup that took 27 mins to refill! Poor entertainment when a child can't be feed and the meals r pre made just sitting there !
