Wow, this EXACT SAME THING just happened to me. Phone dropped below ride, knew exactly where it was, find my phone option used, flashing and given same runaround.

Now, three days later, I have given the number, the serial number etc. Employees just brain dead. Even contacted a manager I knew who told me to give up any hope, iPhones never come back.

Weird, Disneyland, Knotts, Universal, all those places have dedicated lost and found staff (Disneyland even sends the phones back free of charge) but Six Flags just employed by minimal wage sad sacks who evidently steal the phones for themselves or just put them in a big plastic bag and forget about 'em. Almost criminal contempt for customers.

I liked: Roller coaster, Roller coasters.

I didn't like: Useless management.
