my family and i went to six flags at about 7:00 with an out of state family member whom bought a daily pass only for myself to not be able to use my pass. i then decided to go and pull my pass up via the help desk and the helper was unable to assist and figire the situation out for an 1hr at about 8 oclock she figured out the problem.

by this time there was only an hour left at the park and not very many adult rides left to ride we asked if something could be done and a manger of one of the sections in the park said to speak with someone in the membership area.

by the time we reached the area they were closed. i would like a day pass or a refund so that we may be able to enjoy an actual day at the park.
