Member Entry Denied Before End of Year Expiration

SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN, VALENCIA, CA - Bought a pass for 2023 and used it once. Went back in December and was refused entry.

The really mindless customer service rep just kept repeating 'It expired in October' 'Gold passes expire in October'. I can find nothing that says the Gold pass expires 2 months before it should and of course no one helped. When you pay for an annual 2023 pass, annual = ALL of 2023. This is straight robbery, time to start the lawsuit parade.

These companies are out of control. As with every other corporate entity out there the product is trash, the service is trash, the company is trash, and the employees are robots.

Needless to say, never setting foot in that death trap park again. Half the rides never work anyway.

The Decline Of Sic Flags Great America

My experience at your park yesterday concreted my feelings of the downward decline of Six Flags Great America. First off walking in the park my son was targeted by one of your security saying his sweatshirt said F Your Feelings, which it did not she was trying to make him turn it inside out and I refused asking for a manager.

The manager came and looked at it and said it was fine. Then I went to use my membership 2 times for my daughter for things she purchased with her debit card. I am supposed to get a 25% discount BOTH times she was not given the discount the first time they had to re ring the item and do a new charge and then a separate refund tying up extra $ in her account as refunds are not instant on cards the second time it happened yesterday I explained to the girl she does not have enough $ in her account to do another charge because of the other $48 from earlier being held she says sorry she honestly could care less leaving my teenager to not get the discount due to her with that transaction. She is a teenager who has limited $ from her first job.

Now lets move on to Fright Fest we have been members of your park since about 2010 as a family. My husband and I used to visit your park as kids so Fright Fest USED to be such a great guest experience. It has since become not last year when we attended as we normally go a couple time to Fright Fest alone last year we noticed after 6 walking around the park WHERE are the scare actors as that was part of the whole experience. Not very many at all were to be found last year leaving us feeling when we left did we even go to fright fest seemed like a normal trip to Great America.

This year same exact thing we walked around the park w our now teenagers and seen a few on 2 bridges that is it. We told our kids how Fright Fest USED to be so fun scare people all over the park there used to be a troll bridge USED to be a HAUNTED picnic grove that we could walk thru used to be clowns used to be dead cowboys in southwest territory. Not anymore it appears Great America had gone to having multiple haunted houses which Im sure have the scare people in that you have to pay extra to get into. Leaving families that already pay for their membership/tickets with no Fright Fest experience besides decorations to look at.

Please tell me Great America what is my incentive to keep our family membership? Yesterday you took extra of my daughters $ when we were due a discount on a membership we pay MONTHLY for your staff I feel targeted my son and the Fright Fest experience was like driving through my neighborhood looking at Halloween decoration.

And last year you also did away with Holiday In The Park taking more away from what I pay for. Thank you for concreting our feeling of wanting to cancel.

What a joke 6 flags Maryland

This place in Maryland is horrible. Paid 800 for tickets for admission and boo fest and went to get wristbands and said NOPE can't help you.

Even though sign was right behind her saying what we paid for. Horrible place to visit. Foods is terrible and expensive, and you cannot even get a lid or straw for your drink when you buy. So bees everywhere cause soda spilled everywhere.

All teens working there and. No one with any experience to help you out when you have an issue like we did with our tickets. So traveled from Northern Wis to MD to take grandkids there and basically got ripped off, and they got the shaft. Oh, and forget military anything most that work there haven't finished high school yet, so they actually told us it was cheaper without my military discount ahhhhahaha I'll bet!!!

Out of over 100 employees, only 2 smiled!!! A security guard and cool dude driving the train, the rest hated being there. Don't waste your money. We've traveled all over the US, been to 4 6 flag parks and this one OMG Horrible people Horrible help.

So disgusted, told the grandkids let's just go guys and went shopping half way thru since got tipped on their boo fest we paid for. And don't even think about buying express, u less you buy a yearly pass and are local. This is the only park I've been to I've seen dozens of kids crying, cause even the So-called dressed up people didn't care about even wanting to mingle with the kids for pics and stuff. After just under 4 hrs, I had enough and left.

What a horrible place. Every other 6 flags we went to was AMAZING!!!

but MD 6 flags WOW is all I can say! Take this review as you may!

Stolen and lied to by six flags employees

Hello my family and I visited six flags on the night of September 17 2023. My boyfriends iPhone and wallet case slipped out of his pocket on the Batman ride.

Immediately after the ride we went to the rides supervisor and explained what happened. He told us to come back after 9pm when the ride would be shut down. So we did come back over there and the supervisor walked around the gated part of the ride. He found the found in an upward position in the grass under the last flip of the ride.

He saw the screen not broken and the phone still in its case. He told us he did not have the authority to go in the gated area of the ride to retrieve the phone. So we contacted lost and found and filed a report. They told us they would be doing a sweep of the park that Monday and would get back to us.

I called every single day that week. No one claimed they had found the phone. I explained over and over where the phone was and no answer from lost and found. After a very stressful week, they called back on September 26 2023 and said they had the wallet.

Inside his wallet was supposed to be credit and debit cards. His drivers license , his six flags pass and $100 bill.

There was no phone and $100 bill. Both had been stolen. I immediately talk to a security person by the name Brent Barker.

He told me they would do another sweep of the park and watch the cameras to see who retrieved the phone and he would get back to me. Nothing, not word from anyone else in lost and found and nothing from security. I am super disappointed and hurt by the employees of six flags showing a lack of care and respect for others belongings. I believe its being swept under the bus on who is actually responsible for stealing the phone and money out of the wallet case.

I thought six flags was a family place and its proven to be the complete opposite. My family and I will no longer be spending our money towards season passes at this location.

Ordered pizza. Sign said nothing about jalapeños being on it. Had alergic reaction and had to leave. Drove 2 and half hours to be in park 20 mins. Staff didn't help at all and lied directly to my face. If me and my girlfriend are not reimbursed our admission, haunted pass and compensated for our gas i will filing a lawsuit.

Taken advantage of disabled adulrs

My son and his best friend visited six flags great adventure in Jackson last night.

They are both Learning disabled, we let them go into the park by themselves theyre are in their late 20s when they got up and paid each ticket was $133 for one night.

Online it said it would be $50.

They asked for a supervisor who wouldnt help. They asked for a manager who wouldnt help because they wanted a refund and they would not give it to them.

I nor my husband are letting this go. We want a full refund if you do not agree to this i will be contacting all local government for state of nj.

I wil also be a social media dtating thatvthe manager knew they were learning disabled all they wanted was a refund.

Absolutely disgusting!!!

It tells you on their website there are NO refunds given, period. If your son and best friend are that disabled, why did you not help them with their ticket purchases? Why did you allow then to go unescorted?

The only reference to $50 is the first entry which clearly says ONLINE ONLY , STARTING at $50. That is for the great adventure only.

It does not include haunted attraction or Oktoberfest. It does say gate price $99.99.

They are not trained to detect learning disabilities. Do better.

Turned away with diamond season passes

I purchased diamond passes because it was unlimited to drive 6 hours from Grand Bay Al I went to the car to get medication for my husband my family was still in the park we had fright feast tickets to be told I couldnt come back in Im confused what is unlimited if its not unlimited I have had season passes as far back as Jazzland I also was purchasing ticket to do the Christmas for my children and grandchildren because we have never done the Christmas in the park which is a total of 19 needless to say that will not happen this is the worst experience let alone these people were absolutely rude !!

Website is no help. There is no way of contacting anybody to get information live chat bot is useless. Some phone numbers listed on. The website are not even in service when you finally get to an area that says you can chat with somebody. It just says nobodys available after waiting for a while.
